Jasmine and Chloe

Jasmine and Chloe are sisters. No Doubt about it. The trouble started when Chloe moved into Jasmine’s room.
Their mom was having a baby. Everyone was excited. The bad part was when Chloe moved into Jasmine’s room. Chloe liked blue & Jasmine liked purple. They could not find a color that they both liked. Since it was Jasmine’s room before, it stayed purple. Chloe did not like this one bit.
“I want a blue room,” said Chloe. “Blue means peaceful.” The family looked at her in shock. She was Nicknamed “Dumbo” because she was so dumb. Chloe had never said something like this. Her family was very amazed that she said this.
The mext day at school Chloe heard a voice call, “Hey, Dumbo!” This really set h her off. She just hated when people called her Dumbo. The bell finally rang. Chloe was excited to write about her weekend. Her class always wrote about their weekend every Monday morning.
As usual, Chloe was the first one finished. When her teacher said she got a “B” on her paragraph, she almost had a fit. Her head was thinking about those words. She did not like those words one bit.
In jasmine’s classroom, not much was going on. Her teacher was talking about the same boring topic. They had been talking about this for 1 month. She was really tired of it. Her teacher was, in Jasmine’s words, Mr. Meathead. The whole class called him this when he wasn’t looking. His real name was Mr. Malt. He was grumpy almost all the time. Jasmine hated this so much.
When the girls got off the bus, no one was home. The two girls walked into the kitchen. They found a note that said:
I am at the hospital. Dad came too.

“I wonder why they went to the hospital,” said Chloe. Of course, Jasmine already knew the answer. It was because their mom was having a baby. Jasmine was really excited. She was jumping around and just being goofy. Chloe was staring at her because she thought Jasmine was being weird. I wonder why she’s acting like this, she thought. I should ask her.
“Jasmine, why are you acting like that?” she asked. Jasmine did not answer. When Chloe yelled stop, Jasmine stopped right away. Chloe just ruined her happy mood. Jasmine did not like that.
